Crafted by hand from reclaimed or repurposed wood (oak, tulip, utile, sapele or meranti), this boot jack is a traditional, durable tool designed to help you remove muddy boots or wellies without bending down. At roughly 32 cm long (top 12 cm × base 8 cm × 10 cm high), each piece is individually shaped, sanded and finished with a waterproof hard-wax oil for a smooth, long-lasting surface.

Each Jack is treated with a water proof hard wax oil made by a company called Osmo, which is used on wood flooring and should have a durable finish, but if that fades a quick wipe with an appropriate oil will bring back the shine. I suggest that you use a damp cloth to wipe clean, remove any excess water and allow to air dry. Do not use abrasives or harsh detergents and do not immerse in water.
